How Trade Llama Earn works: Simple Earn with flexible and fixed terms, Cash Plus for USDT and USDC, where to find current APRs and how to subscribe.

Earn lets you put coins you aren't trading to work and receive a return on them. Trade Llama has two Earn products, Simple Earn and Cash Plus, and the current APR for each is shown on its page.

The two Earn products

  • Simple Earn offers flexible and fixed terms on the coins listed on the Simple Earn page.
  • Cash Plus is a flexible product for USDT and USDC. See the Cash Plus page.

Flexible or fixed terms

These terms work the way they do for savings products in general:

  • Flexible: your coins aren't committed for a set period, so you can redeem when you choose. The rate can move while you're subscribed.
  • Fixed: you commit your coins for the term shown on the product, and they stay in it until that term ends.

Flexible suits money you may want back soon. Fixed suits coins you're sure you won't need during the term. Check the product page for its exact terms before you subscribe.

About the rates

APRs are shown on the Earn pages next to each product and term. They can change, so the figure you see today isn't a promise of what you'll receive later. Check the rate right before you subscribe.

An APR is a yearly rate. Even while your coins are in Earn, the price of the coins themselves can go up or down. Read the Risk disclosure before you subscribe.

How to subscribe

  1. Log in, or create an account if you don't have one. You can browse Earn without an account, but subscribing needs one.
  2. Make sure you hold the coin you want to subscribe. If you don't, deposit it, buy it with a card or convert another coin into it.
  3. Go to Earn and open Simple Earn or Cash Plus.
  4. Choose the coin and, for Simple Earn, a flexible or fixed term.
  5. Check the APR and terms shown, enter the amount and follow the steps on the page to confirm.
